Denver's Squashed Super Bowl Hopes

The Denver Broncos faced the Baltimore Ravens a few weekends ago. All title hopes for both teams relied heavily on that game. You win you keep going, you loose you go home. And, though the Denver Broncos were favorites to win it all, they lost this game before even being able to make it to the Super Bowl itself. Make sure to catch the Ravens on Feb. 3!

Broncos CB Tracy Porter hasn't practiced since he sustained a concussion in the regular season finale. OG Chris Kuper (ankle, forearm) is expected to start for the first time since Dec. 2. Iron man LT Ryan Clady (ankle) was held out of practice during the bye week but will start again in this one. The Ravens could be without OG Jah Reid (toe). Ravens FB Vonta Leach (knee, ankle) and RB Bernard Pierce (knee) are banged up but expected to play.

FEATURED MATCHUPS:

Ravens RBs Ray Rice and Bernard Pierce vs. Broncos MLB Keith Brooking: Brooking's smarts in the middle, combined with the speed of Wesley and Von Miller to get to the perimeters, have given the Broncos one of the best run defenses in the league.
