Hackett, the classic London-based men's clothing company known for its sharp threads, is celebrating the Queen of England’s Diamond Jubilee this year in an appropriately natty manner. In honor of the occasion the firm, a bastion of British style, has created the Diamond Jubilee Tweed, a grey, blue and red patriotic tweed woven in the UK which will be used in a range of limited edition clothing and accessories. Highlights include a dandyish limited edition three-piece suit, a Jubilee scarf and a carry-on bag. There’s even a picnic blanket for those who plan to make an outing of the festivities this summer.

"Over the years, I have seen many photographs of the Queen at Badminton Horse Trials or strolling through the grounds of Balmoral elegantly attired in Scottish tweeds,” notes the brand’s foppish founder Jeremy Hackett, citing the inspiration for the collection. “Long may she reign."

Meanwhile, Hackett, official partner of the Aston Martin Racing team, is offering customers the chance to win one of the world’s most prestigious sports cars, the Aston Martin V8 Vantage Coupe. There are also other prizes on offer including VIP excursions to the Le Mans 24-Hour race and Aston Martin’s UK HQ. See Hackett.com for details.
