Sommeliers: They're Not Just for Wine Anymore

Sommeliers trend
LUXEEPICURE | by: MILA PANTOVICH
Typically when you think of a sommelier, you think of wine — even Wikipedia defines a sommelier as someone trained and specializing in the wine profession. After all, wine is a complex drink of sophistication, usually used for celebratory occasions (and often accompanying a nice meal). To be a wine sommelier you have to spend years studying every nuance of the field, including the history of different varietals and the merits of specific glasses. The principle that single malt whisky gets better with age is generally true, but only up to a point. Past that point, older doesn't necessarily mean better. But when a major distillery releases a malt that's been aging for several decades, you can expect two things: One is that the distillery won't release it unless it quite literally stands the test of time.

If you were expecting an explosion of color and accents, you'll be disappointed because this apartment is as stark and minimalist as you can get without living on an actual science fiction movie set. Omar Akram creates music influenced by his own personal background and life experiences — which is usually fairly common, except there is nothing common about Omar.
