Bulgari is taking their famously iced-out luxury jewelry to the French town of Courchevel 1850. This dazzling ski resort located in the ever-posh French Alps has a visitor list that ranges from the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge to Russian magnate Roman Abramovich. The 750-square-foot chic boutique will display white porcelain sculptures inspired by a woman’s bust (in proper Roman fashion) conceived by Italian designer Marco Piva. To celebrate their sparkling event, Bulgari is listing for sale a one-of-a-kind and stunning gray Serpenti necklace constructed with more than 74 carats of diamonds. The store will also feature other Serpenti creations, including Serpenti women’s watches as well as the new Octo watch for men and an array of evening bags. The Courchevel store joins its sister stores around the country, with two in Paris, and one in Cannes and Monte Carlo.
