Fifty Percent of NY’s Four Seasons’ 30 Park Place Sold After Only 4 Months on the Market

Earlier in the month Silverstein Properties announced that 50 percent of New York's Four Seasons Private Residences at 30 Park Place had already been sold after just four months. Found at the corner of Church Street and Park Place in Tribeca, the building is set to stand at 926 feet high with 82 stories and fantastic 360-degree views of the city.
