Every Saturday, 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Don't miss our spectacular five‐course all‐dessert Champagne & Chocolate Dinner, featuring five glorious sweet courses with paired champagnes. Our Chocolate & Champagne Dessert Dinner will be offered to parties of no more than four for this unique and spectacular dining experience. GINGERBREAD HOUSE VIEWING:
From November 24 through December 28, 2011

Open to the public and complimentary, the famed organic life size gingerbread house at The Ritz‐Carlton, Charlotte will be on display in the Hotel Lobby. Don't miss this extraordinary Charlotte tradition and a chance to see a charming 10' x 14' structure made of organic flour, organic eggs, organic candies and many other colorful and natural ingredients.

December 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Celebrate the holidays with a delightful afternoon tea, presented in Urban Sip and accompanied by live music. The Holiday Tea menu includes beloved seasonal favorites, as well as popular tea savories and holiday sweet treats. $30 per person/$10 for children under 12.

NEW YEAR'S EVE IN THE AQUA LOUNGE CHARLOTTE'S ONLY PARTY IN THE SKY:
Saturday December 31, 2011, 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.

Take part in a stylish club‐style celebration as you party on the crystal deck of The Aqua Lounge. This lavish four‐hour party includes an open bar serving premium drinks, open seating and your favorite tunes played by deejay Tomato Slice, while you indulge in the panoramic skyline views of Uptown Charlotte from the 18th floor. Dance the night away and at midnight raise the glass with a Champagne toast and party favors saluting 2012. Tickets must be purchased in advance and are non‐refundable. $150 per person.

NEW YEAR'S EVE IN THE LOBBY LOUNGE:

The Lobby Lounge plays host to a complimentary New Year's Eve party, featuring dancing and a cash bar. Guests are warmly invited to ring in 2012 in this lively lobby setting.

Sunday January 1, 2012 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

New Year's Day Brunch features three courses, including items from Bar Cocoa dessert served with coffee. Brunch selections also available ? la carte. $28 per person

BLT STEAK HOLIDAY DINING:
Located at The Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte, BLT Steak will offer dinner service on Christmas Eve (5:30-9 p.m.), Christmas Day (noon-7 p.m.) and New Year's Eve (5 p.m.-1 a.m.). Holidays at BLT Steak will feature the restaurant's popular Blackboard Menu with its full dinner menu.
