Each year, top culinary artists come together for the Annual Great Chefs Dinner, often held at the Hayground School, 151 Mitchell Lane, Bridgehampton, NY. First organized in 2003, the event is the primary fundraiser for the Hayground School's Jeff's Kitchen and the Jeff Salaway Scholarship Fund as well as a yearly tribute to the late Jeff Salaway, a well-known restauranteur and one of the school's co-founders.
