In addition to MRKT Sea and Land Restaurant, Aliante’s executive chef George Jacquez has helped to create luxury menus that showcase culturally varied cuisine. Jacquez states that he and the rest of the culinary team seek to provide guests with “quality, creativity and affordably priced menus.” As the former 17-year, Corporate Chef for the Cheesecake Factory in California, it’s safe to say his word is law.
