California’s Livermore Valley, one of the state’s oldest winegrowing regions, offers long, warm days and cool, dry nights to the grapevines, resulting in fully ripened, robust, and food-friendly wines. By utilizing sustainable farming practices, Tamás Estates highlights the true essence of the fruit in its wines, which remain evident on the palate during any number of tasting experiences offered on site.

In addition to the wine, a visit to the tasting room is rewarded with picturesque vineyard views and access to scenic outdoor patio areas, perfect for a picnic or leisurely glass of wine. Special private tastings are also available, personally guided by a Tamás Estates wine ambassador through some of the Estate’s handcrafted, limited-production wines.


Not distributed commercially and often available exclusively to club members, the Prima Classe collection of wines is specially selected from estate vineyard blocks that are carefully farmed, sustainably grown, and hand harvested to create unique, artisan-style wines. The winery also hosts special events such as a monthly wine and food pairing adventure, or this summer’s Cannoli Festival, scheduled for July 16, 2011.
