Rhonda Vincent November 3rd will see the popular “Queen of Bluegrass,” Rhonda Vincent give a performance at Rome's Capitol Theatre. Together with her mandolin, the award-winning musician has made a name for herself within the Bluegrass scene as a vocalist and virtuoso. The concert will also feature the Flophouse String Band.
Bluegrass headliner Rhonda Vincent will be at Rome’s Capitol Theatre on Saturday, Nov. 3, at 7:30 p.m.
Vincent, popularly known as “The Queen of Bluegrass,” was voted Female Vocalist of the Year seven consecutive times by the International Bluegrass Music Association, and Bluegrass Entertainer of the Year five consecutive times by The Society for Preservation of Bluegrass Music in America.
A prolific recording artist, her CD “Taken” reached No. 1 on the Bluegrass charts in 2010, and her current CD, “Sunday Morning Singin’” peaked at No. 2 on the charts. Read More on romeobserver.com
