Michelin has released its stars for 2013 and once again star chef Heinz Beck remains the only 3 star in the city of Rome. Below Heinz Anthony Genovese and Oliver Glowig retain their 2 star rating and as far as single stars go there are 3 rising stars that are new single stars that we should keep our eyes peeled for.

Just a few days ago Italy’s 2013 starred restaurants were announced by Michelin. In Rome Heinz Beck at La Pergola is once again the culinary King of the city (the only 3-starred chef) followed by Anthony Genovese at Il Pagliaccio and Oliver Glowig at Aldovrandi Palace who keep their 2 stars. Among the 11 single-starred restaurants there have been three new entries. Luckily we had the opportunity to experience all these three this year!
