Italian shipbuilder ISA Yachts is expanding its presence in the ultra-luxury yacht market with the introduction of its new ISA Large Yacht Collection, a platform dedicated to fully custom superyachts measuring between approximately 262 and 295 feet (80 and 90 meters). The collection debuts with its first concept, the 269-foot Amarcord 82, a striking design created in collaboration with renowned Italian yacht design studio Nuvolari Lenard.
The new collection reflects ISA Yachts’ growing expertise in the large-yacht segment. Backed by parent company Palumbo Superyachts, the shipyard is currently building several flagship projects, including the ISA Custom 80, ISA Gran Turismo 80, and ISA Gran Turismo 100, while drawing on experience gained from previous builds such as the 262-foot Columbus Classic Dragon.
Rather than offering a fixed series of yachts, the ISA Large Yacht Collection provides owners with a proven engineering platform that can be extensively customized to suit individual lifestyles and preferences. The goal is to streamline the development process while preserving the freedom to create a one-of-a-kind vessel.
“The ISA Large Yacht Collection was created to offer the freedom to develop a fully customized project, supported by the strength of a technical platform shaped by the experience gained in building our large yachts,” said Giuseppe Palumbo, Sole Director of Palumbo Superyachts.

A Contemporary Italian Design
Designed by Nuvolari Lenard, Amarcord 82 showcases a sleek, contemporary profile defined by sweeping lines, expansive glazing, and numerous hull openings that blur the boundary between the yacht’s interiors and the surrounding sea. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood living spaces with natural light while reinforcing the connection to the water.
One of the yacht’s standout features is its expansive aft beach club. The stern transforms into a spacious waterside terrace connected directly to the beach club and complemented by two fold-down balconies that significantly expand the outdoor living area. Above, a glass-bottom swimming pool on the main deck allows natural light to filter into the beach club below, creating a dramatic architectural centerpiece.
Designed for extended cruising, the yacht accommodates up to 12 guests. Five VIP staterooms accompany a lavish owner’s suite spanning more than 1,075 square feet (100 square meters), offering a private retreat complete with generous living space and panoramic ocean views.
Upper decks are dedicated to relaxation and entertainment, featuring multiple lounge areas, swimming pools, alfresco dining spaces, and social gathering areas designed to maximize both comfort and the onboard experience.

Building the Next Generation of Custom Superyachts
With the ISA Large Yacht Collection, the shipyard is placing a greater emphasis on bespoke yacht construction while leveraging the efficiencies of a proven engineering platform. The approach gives owners the opportunity to create highly personalized vessels without starting every project entirely from scratch.
The launch also comes as ISA Yachts continues work on its future flagship—a 328-foot (100-meter) superyacht currently under construction—which will become the largest yacht ever built by the shipyard upon completion.
As demand for fully customized megayachts continues to grow, ISA Yachts’ newest collection aims to blend Italian design, advanced engineering, and owner-driven personalization into the next generation of luxury vessels.
