The Lodge at Torrey Pines offers a pair of signature dining options named after the early 1900s California artist. Overlooking the famous golf course’s exquisite 18th hole is the timbered, cabin-like dining room of A.R. Valentien, which plays host to a weekly Artisan Table and many other special events.

There is also the A.R. Valentien Grill and Bar for a more relaxed atmosphere, but the dining room is the place to go for the farm-to-table favorites that the venue is known for, like the heirloom Wheat Papperdelle. They also have a carefully-curated list of California cheeses
