Intriguingly named after The Grand Del Mar’s architectural muse, it would be wrong to assume that the restaurant cares more about looks than taste. The kitchen is headed up by Relais & Chateau Grand Chef William Bradley, who takes an artisan’s approach to his French-Californian fare.
