Recently overhauled by Seaworld, Aquatica takes over where the aging Knott’s Soak City left off, with a whole new look. Stick your feet in the sand by the wave pool or watch little ones from the shade of a cabana. Guests can enjoy that Seaworld flair with flamingos and freshwater turtles on display. The park also offers an array of adrenaline-boosting body and tube slides, as well as beverages that the 21+ crowd will appreciate. Additionally, Aquatica’s menu items have come a long way and feature items like salads, pasta, fish tacos, and turkey wraps (in addition to the usual amusement park fare).

Those who choose to rent a premium cabana for the day ($129 for four people) will enjoy a welcome basket, mini-fridge, and bottled water for the duration of the day
