Esca features classic and modern seafood dishes prepared in southern Italian style. The trattoria belongs to the James Beard award-winning chef Dave Pasternack, who brings in fresh seafood daily from around the world, or from his own morning catch.
Simple-yet-elegant dishes are found across the menu, and the highlight dish of most experiences is the Crudo – the Italian version of sushi. Daily selections can be enjoyed Ă la carte or added onto the tasting menu. The ingredients are treated simply, to let them shine as the stars of each masterfully prepared dish.
