Kai features a menu as rich in creativity, history and Native American culture as the surrounding environment. Executive Chef Michael O’Dowd incorporates both the essence of the local Pima and Maricopa tribes and locally farmed ingredients from the Gila River Indian Community to create unforgettable masterpieces.

Located in the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort, Kai requires a business casual dress code, and is closed during the month of August to allow the staff to travel and research new and innovative dishes.
