Nobu is known around the world as a hip yet haute sushi and fish joint, but Chef Nobu Matsuhisa saved his flagship effort for Manhattan. The menu draws upon Matsuhisa’s experiences growing up in Japan, and studying in Peru and Argentina to offer a unique blend of flavors. With unique dishes like Yellowtail with Jalapeno, Lobster with Wasabi Pepper Sauce, and Black Cod with Miso, the restaurant continues to create its own style of Japanese food.
