Have Dinner at Bourbon Steak

Housed on the corner of Colorado Avenue and Brand Boulevard and anchoring one end of The Americana mall, Chef Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak is airy and open with a modern dark wood interior, long spacious bar section, round tan leather booths, and an indoor/outdoor patio.

 

Bourbon Steak is Mina’s 18th restaurant, and the menu includes Mina staples such as the lobster pot pie, grass-fed steaks, and duck fat fries with three sauces, but also offers unique dishes including sweet corn cappelletti with Koji truffle cream, duck spring rolls, and American Wagyu tartare. They also offer a traditional Petrosian Caviar service as well as tableside presentations of the famous lobster pot pie, Japanese whiskey, and bourbon flights  which bring a little excitement to any evening. Bourbon Steak is also offering a three-course Thanksgiving dinner including choices of pumpkin velouté, warm truffle Caesar salad, apricot glazed pork belly, butternut squash tournedo steak, Maine lobster pot pie, prime ribeye, roast turkey and truffle prime rib roast.

 

Catch a Movie in Style at AMC Theaters

Grab a ticket online or buy one at the theater and enjoy the latest hit movies at AMC. There are 18 cinemas with IMAX, Laser at AMC, Dolby Cinema and PRIME offering surround sound and reverberating seats. You can also get a bevy of snacks at the snack bar, as well as stronger beverages at MacGuffins Bar. Visit on a Tuesday and if you are a member of AMC Stubs A-list you save on discounted tickets. There are also discounts for students, seniors and military.

Choose from a full menu of frozen desserts including waffle cones, sundaes, smoothies or create your own dessert from a wide variety of flavors and toppings.  If you want to try special Thanksgiving ice cream flavors, head to Salt & Straw to try their Parker House rolls with Salted Buttercream, Cheesy Potato Casserole, Turkey Stuffing and Cranberry Sauce, Mom’s Mango Pie and Pumpkin and Gingersnap scoops.

 

Get Into the Holiday Spirit

Americana at Brand is the perfect spot to visit with family and friends to get into the holiday spirit with a visit to Santa’s House beginning November 17.
