Did you know that November is National Adoption Awareness month?  What better way to get the word out about adoption than to highlight the celebrity mothers who have given an orphan a home and life.  Such names as Jamie Lee Curtis, Meg Ryan, and Sheryl Crow have opened their homes and hearts.  I love to see when celebs do good and attach their name to an amazing cause, especially as a cause as touching as adoption.  Kudos to all the mothers and fathers out there who have selflessy adopted!

November is National Adoption Awareness month. According to a November 13 Florida Today report, mass adoption ceremonies are taking place in honor of the month. These new families share a common thread with dozens of celebrity families who have also adopted – the desire to give a child a safe, loving and permanent home.
