Taco/Social Opens in Eagle Rock

Casual dining spot Taco/Social offering freeform tacos and tequila-based cocktails has opened in Eagle Rock. The restaurant is housed in a historic 5,000 square foot brick building and includes indoor dining, bar seating and an outdoor patio. Located at 1627 Colorado Boulevard.

 

OC Parks are Hosting Their Annual Fall-O-Ween event

OC Parks is hosting their third annual Fall-O-Ween at Heritage Hill Historical Park on October 13-15 and 20-22. There is a hay maze, scavenger hunt and more, the event is free from 4:30 to 8:30pm at 25151 Serrano Road in Lake Forrest.

Thriller Nights Entertainment Party Comes to Anaheim

Thriller Nights, a throwback entertainment party celebrating classic horror films and nostalgia of the 80s and 90s is coming to Anaheim with games, local music acts and live DJ’s. Located at STC Gardenwalk at 400 West Disney Way, Suite 199 in Anaheim, the event will be open on Fridays and Saturdays from 7pm to 11pm starting September 29 through Halloween. Tickets range from $50 to $125.

Angel of Light Immersive Horror Production at Los Angeles Theatre

Halloween Aglow at Birch Aquarium

Halloween Aglow, at the Birch Aquarium at Scripps Institution of Oceanography at UC San Diego, is a family friendly Halloween event exploring the wonders of the ocean after dark. The event will take place October 27-28 from 6 to 8:30pm. Tickets are $30.

Chulita and Convite Pair to Support Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Throughout October, Chulita in Venice will serve a special margarita featuring Convite Una’, a pink mescal. For every Convite Una’ Pink Margarita sold, Chulita will donate $2 to the Dr. Susan Love Foundation for Breast Cancer Research.
