Two famed French brands, Rémy Martin and La Maison du Chocolat, have created a new limited edition gift box for lovers of both fine cognac and chocolate. Called “Mysteries of the Angels,” only 250 of the exclusive sets will be available for sale worldwide this fall at select locations including Harrods in the UK.
The red lacquered box contains a bottle of Rémy Martin XO Excellence Cognac positioned side by side with a signature gift box of assorted chocolates from La Maison du Chocolat designed to pair perfectly with the luxe spirit.
The “Mysteries of the Angels” gift box was created by Pierrette Trichet, Cellar Master of the House of Rémy Martin, and Gilles Marchal, Master Pastry Chef, Chocolatier and Creative Director at La Maison du Chocolat.
Sweet indulgences including milk chocolate ganache, dark chocolate ganache from Venezuela and a praline delicacy blend perfectly with the warm and autumnal flavors of Rémy Martin XO Excellence. A tasting guide penned personally by Trichet and Marchal is also included in the set that is priced at £275 ($430).
