As South Florida’s luxury real estate market continues to evolve, one project is rapidly distinguishing itself from the competition. Bentley Residences Miami, the world’s first Bentley-branded residential tower, has officially entered vertical construction, marking a major milestone for what is set to become one of the tallest oceanfront residential buildings in the United States.
Developed by Dezer Development in collaboration with Bentley Motors, the 716-foot tower is now rising above Sunny Isles Beach at an impressive pace, with construction already reaching the seventh floor. Once completed in 2028, the 62-story property will introduce a new level of automotive-inspired luxury living to Miami’s coastline.

Located at 18401 Collins Avenue, Bentley Residences Miami will feature 216 ultra-luxury homes designed to blend waterfront living with the craftsmanship and precision associated with the iconic British automotive brand. The sleek tower, designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in collaboration with Bentley Motors, is already attracting global attention not only for its design but also for its engineering innovations.
Among its most talked-about features is the patented Dezervator, a vehicle elevator system that transports residents and their cars directly to private in-unit sky garages. The glass-encased garages, visible from the residences themselves, transform the automobile into a design centerpiece while providing unmatched privacy and convenience.
The project follows a record-setting foundation pour completed by Coastal Construction, which became the largest residential concrete pour in Florida history, and the second-largest foundation pour in the United States. The achievement underscored the development’s ambitious scale and paved the way for the tower’s rapid vertical rise.

“Going vertical is a meaningful milestone for Bentley Residences Miami and a testament to the strength of our vision and execution,” said Gil Dezer, President of Dezer Development. “As the tower rises, we look forward to delivering a truly one-of-a-kind residential experience that reflects the innovation and craftsmanship synonymous with the Bentley brand.”
Residences currently available include expansive three-bedroom floor plans featuring floor-to-ceiling glass, open-concept layouts, private terraces, summer kitchens, outdoor showers, and private swimming pools on every balcony. Interiors are designed with elevated finishes throughout, including Italian-crafted cabinetry, Miele appliances, spa-inspired bathrooms, soaking tubs, and private sauna rooms. Select residences also offer garages accommodating up to four vehicles.

Luxury extends well beyond the homes themselves. Bentley Residences will introduce Proper English by Todd English, the first residents-only restaurant from the four-time James Beard Award-winning chef. The oceanfront dining concept will offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, and in-residence dining experiences, along with exclusive culinary events and demonstrations for residents.
Additional amenities span more than 20,000 square feet and include a whiskey bar, cigar lounge, cinema, wellness spa, fitness center, beauty salon, pet spa, and a resort-style beach club complete with cabanas and food-and-beverage service.
As branded residences continue to dominate the global luxury market, Bentley Residences Miami is positioning itself as one of the most ambitious and design-forward projects currently under construction. With its combination of automotive innovation, resort-inspired living, and striking oceanfront architecture, the tower is poised to become a defining addition to the South Florida skyline.
