Palm Tree Residences Miami
Coming Soon to Downtown Miami
Miami’s branded residential landscape has long been shaped by an extraordinary mix of globally recognized luxury names spanning hospitality, fashion, automotive design, and fine dining. From legendary hotel brands such as Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis and Mandarin Oriental to funkier like The Standard and community driven Faena, to Italian fashion houses Missoni and Armani, Miami’s skyline has become a showcase for branded living at the highest level. Automotive-inspired residences from Porsche, Bentley, and hypercar maker Pagani have further elevated the city’s luxury identity, while culinary-driven concepts tied to celebrated names like Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Carbone continue to redefine lifestyle-focused residential experiences. Now, Miami welcomes an entirely new category to its ever-evolving skyline: the music festival brand.

Palm Tree Crew, the lifestyle and entertainment platform founded by internationally acclaimed DJ and producer Kygo alongside CEO and co-founder Myles Shear is officially entering the luxury residential market with the debut of Palm Tree Residences Miami.
Planned for Miami’s vibrant Park West district, the new development will rise 37 stories above Downtown Miami, introducing 480 fully furnished residences designed to merge hospitality, music culture, wellness, and elevated living into one immersive experience.

Inspired by the aesthetic language of the Palm Tree music festivals, interiors and amenity spaces will evoke a relaxed coastal sophistication with bleached driftwood textures, sand-dune palettes, lush tropical landscaping, and organic finishes reminiscent of palm fronds swaying along the shoreline. The atmosphere is intended to feel effortless, social, and distinctly Miami.

Inside the residences, owners can expect refined turnkey interiors featuring Italkraft cabinetry, Miele appliances, spa-inspired bathrooms, custom built-out closets, contemporary lighting, and integrated smart-home technology. Flexible ownership will also allow short-term rentals, catering to a new generation of globally mobile luxury buyers.
Beyond the residences themselves, Palm Tree Residences aims to deliver a fully curated lifestyle experience. Residents will enjoy exclusive access to priority festival tickets, live DJ performances, a signature Palm Tree Club, and private social spaces that blur the line between luxury hospitality and private membership culture.

The development places strong emphasis on wellness and experiential living. More than 57,000 square feet of amenities will span three floors and include resort-style pool environments, terraced gardens and lounges, yoga and Pilates studios, a state-of-the-art fitness center, wellness facilities, outdoor double padel courts, a golf simulator, and a dedicated juice bar designed to support a health-conscious yet socially connected lifestyle.

In describing the vision behind the project, Myles Shear shared:
“Palm Tree Residences Miami is a natural extension of everything we stand for, building spaces where culture is lived every day and community forms organically. Miami was the only choice for our first residences. It is a city that embraces originality, celebrates life at every turn, and has always been home to concepts that push boundaries.”
The project’s philosophy centers around fluid living where wellness, entertainment, hospitality, and design coexist naturally throughout the day and night.
“Palm Tree Residences Miami is designed for days that move with energy, intention, and ease,” the brand explains. “Fully furnished homes, resort-style amenities, and short-term rental flexibility allow life to unfold naturally, from slow mornings to vibrant nights.”
Residence offerings will range from junior suites to expansive three-bedroom units, with pricing anticipated from the mid-$500,000s to approximately $1.8 million. Completion is currently projected for 2030.
Sales are expected to officially launch during the first week of June, strategically timed ahead of Miami’s FIFA World Cup momentum, another signal that the city’s global cultural influence continues to expand far beyond traditional luxury real estate.
At Palm Tree Residences Miami, ownership is designed to feel less like purchasing a condominium and more like joining a creative global community shaped by music, movement, and modern luxury.
