On the heels of a complete property sell out in 2015, the famed Hacienda in Cabo San Lucas has unveiled plans for a new resort-style, eco-conscious living experience at 1 Hotel & Homes Cabo. As the first ever international luxury residences from the mission-driven 1 Hotel brand, the new project will sit in the heart of Cabo’s 22-acre private community, uniquely located on the only year-round swimmable beach in Cabo with direct views of the iconic Land’s End. This new limited offering includes 55 for-sale branded luxury “1 Homes” and also incorporates a 115-room environmentally responsible hotel. 

Expanding their love for cultural authenticity, 1 Hotel & Homes Cabo will introduce El Mercado, an open-air collection of live-action stations reminiscent of a Mexican street food market. Enjoy a unique dining experience with an emphasis on organic ingredients that showcase the regional flavors of modern Mexico. 1 Hotel Cabo will also feature a rooftop bar and edible gardens scattered throughout the grounds, encouraging you to immerse yourself in the surrounding nature where ever your taste buds take you.
