To have a fuller understanding of this subject — EE (Energy Enhancement) technology and how it may be an active part of the future face of luxury wellness, you must first remember the idea and meaning of evolution: how far we have come and how far we may be able to go. For example, in the early 19th century, the idea of mobile phones and its touch technology would have seemed unthinkable. Also, cathode ray and flat screen televisions, radios, desk and laptop computers, or anything using electromagnetic wave technology — all with waves bouncing back and forth to create energy fields, all invisible, but with the ability to recharge and illuminate, would also have boggled the mind.
Tesla’s hypotheses about the uses of light and alternating currents in the 1890’s became the bases of his inventions of electric oscillators, meters, improved lighting, and the high-voltage transformer known as the Tesla Coil. He also understood and further defined the hypothesis (back then) of alternating currents of electricity. After receiving a patent on the electric transmission of power in May of 1888, Tesla subsequently demonstrated alternating current electricity at the World Columbian Exposition in Chicago in 1893. He then designed the first hydroelectric powerplant in Niagara Falls in 1895.
The point is— his ideas incubated, then evolved, especially regarding light and electricity.
And now, one of the most compelling, current inventions that combine both light and electricity, with substantial future wellness potentialities, is called the EE system.
The Energy Enhancement System ™ Technology and its uses have already been presented at numerous National and International medical, scientific, and many other health conferences including the American Academy for Anti-Aging Medicine and the Radiation Oncology Committee Meeting. Dr. Victor Marcial-Vega, M.D., John Hopkins research physician, Professor of Oncology, has testified before Congress, and spearheaded clinical studies and research into this EE Technology.
.The system was designed and developed by Sandra Rose Michael, Ph.D., DNM, DCSJl. This system culminated in a multi-computer system, generating extraordinarily bio-active life-enhancing fields including Scalar fields. These fields allow cellular regeneration and creates right-left brain synchronization as documented with EEG testing. The custom-installed computers generate energy fields that often promote measurable healing. All of this may seem too good to be true, but much research has been accomplished already at Johns Hopkins, The University of Chicago and other institutions which have provided more formal data collection, based on both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
To further understand and explore the potentialities of this exploration of healing with EE technology, we spoke with Dr. Shahnoz Rustamova, who has incorporated this EE System™ into her OB/GYN medical practice in New York City. Dr. Rustamova has been recognized by the International Association of Top Professionals and was awarded "Woman of The Year 2017,’ ‘Top Doctors of New York 2018,” and a “Health Care Hero” award in 2021 for her front-line work in COVID-19 relief.

We were fortunate to discuss the evolution of EE healing methods, and the latest in EE technologies with Dr. Rustamova.
JustLuxe: In your opinion, is the concept of wellness evolving from behavioral to a more intuitive, spiritual idea?
Dr. Rustamova: In my practice, it is indeed evolving that way, because with EE light therapy, the patient evolves — he or she creates a state of potential, based on intention. Here is a recent example: one of my patients, a 79-year-old woman had uterine cancer, was treated, but it returned, she was given Oxycodone– a powerful painkiller, by her primary care physician, and was told to go home. She came to us, in pain, and in a wheelchair. We suggested she sit in one of our chairs, relax, and imagine herself as she wants to be — her intention was to feel better; her potential is to be well. After her EE therapy treatment, she said she did feel better, more comfortable, not so much in pain. And she began to walk, leaving her wheelchair behind. We told her, as we do all our clients: our goal is, though we are not able to cure disease quite yet, we can, through the EE technology, honoring Tesla for his discoveries, make her more comfortable, and without pain meds.
JustLuxe: How, in general, does Tesla Light therapy, a subtext of EE Therapy, work, and what is its goal?
Dr. Rustamova: Well, its goal is to reset the charge of your cells. So that your cells will be essentially re-charged, and de-toxified and its result is feeling more youthful, as your cell structure has been modified. Maybe with this treatment, the 70 millivoltage as it was in our youth, can be achieved again. In maturing, getting older, our cellular structure is also getting old: it has been exposed to food toxins, environmental instability, emotional problems, heaven knows what else. With this EE therapy, the patient recharges, and feels better. Our therapy session is usually two hours or less. There is a physics behind the concept, and the Tesla light philosophy behind THAT.
Tesla was a genius — he lived in the early 20th century and died in 1943, who was fascinated by light which was visible, but truly fascinated by the electric currents, the light creators, that were invisible. He created the first light bulb, and the fluorescent tube and what is known as the Tesla Coil. With all these inventions, he hypothesized there were three energies: electric, magnetic, and gravitational, they could be mixed and matched, and the energy behind those were what he called Scalar Energy at the quantum, or the super potential, level.
JustLuxe: What does this have to do with the patients who search for greater wellness as they grow older?
Dr. Rustamova: Electrical, and gravitational, and magnetic are three different types of energy fields and as Tesla realized they could remixed and matched as theses types change form — but they are always circulating and can be manipulated, The source of those energy fields is what physicists called Scalar Energy — and behind that is basically the Scalar Super Potential, it is still growing, and now, Scalar energy is being worked on to heal infections, including HIV, and because of using this type of energy, we can see that viral loads have diminished.
When you come into our room with the Scalar light fields on the monitor, you receive the emitted power, and your cells have the innate changeability to rejuvenate, and to evolve. Much more research is being done now, as more potential benefits associated with this technology include:
•Enhanced cellular communication: Scalar energy is believed to improve the communication between cells in the body, which can improve overall cellular function and promote healing.
•Increased energy and vitality: By improving the energy flow within the body, scalar energy may help to increase energy levels and improve overall vitality.
•Improved immune system function: Scalar energy is believed to stimulate the immune system, which can help to strengthen the body's natural defenses against disease and infection.
•Reduced inflammation: The anti-inflammatory properties of Scalar energy may help to reduce inflammation in the body, which is a common cause of pain and discomfort.

JustLuxe: Speaking of evolution, are we to assume this method is just in the beginning stages?
Dr. Rustamova: It certainly is! We are still in the medicine/medication age — a partial consequence of Newtonian physics. But Tesla intuited there was something else that motivated gravity, electricity, and magnetism– those three energies that work with healing. We are working toward a more holistic, intuitive way of healing — It may take a generation to evolve or maybe more. We are at the beginning, we may make errors, but our excitement is in the education and the evolution. And we are ready for both.
