The new in-the-pool dinner setting gets wet with the legs of diners, servers, chairs and tables refreshingly immersed in the property’s elegant pool. A great way for both gourmands and outdoor adventurers to enjoy the popular water recreation offering of The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain.

Splash Dining is offered at the romantic, night-lighted Turquesa Pool. Diners are told to come in shorts or short pants and check their shoes at the door (which is much easier than struggling through a slippery-floored restaurant in stilettos). As the experience begins, diners wade through shallow waters to tables, also partially submerged. They can then wiggle their toes and relax as wading waiters serve elegant meals and dessert is presented by a chef wearing the aquatic version of chef’s whites.
