If you’re in the market for a penthouse in Miami, you may want to take a look at this $28 million, two-story home in the Coconut Grove neighborhood. Found in the south tower of the Grove at Grand Bay, the unit has five bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and one half, two staff rooms, a spa, gym and a media room. Not only is this the last residence available for purchase within the project's two buildings, it also comes with a rooftop pool and garden that gives great views of Biscayne Bay and the city skyline.

The twisted towers also offer a neat silhouette that actually moves. According to developer David Martin of Miami-based real estate firm Terra, he and Bjarke Ingels wanted to create a residence that would combine Coconut Grove’s history with contemporary design. Floor plates rotate three feet at every elevation level between the 3rd and 17th floors, giving the illusion of turning. As Martin’s favorite design element, he points out that “not only does it create space for optimizing views, but allows owners to customize their residence by moving bathrooms, kitchens and bedrooms.”

Reaching nearly 15,000 square feet, the penthouse can be found at the very top of its tower. It has 10,118 square feet of interior living space, a 2,500-square-foot outdoor terrace, 12-foot-high ceilings, 12-foot-deep balconies and a private four-car garage. Additionally, the Grove features butler services, a private chef, an art gallery, pet spa, private dining room, a library, an 82-foot lap pool and a Jacuzzi.
