The Continental is New York City’s newest high-rise community in the Manhattan district. Located at Sixth Avenue and 32nd Street, this 53-story luxury-rental tower is the address that puts you within walking distance of the city’s finest attractions.
The mixed-use structure, which features deluxe apartments from the ninth floor to the top, is taking shape nicely as the first wave of residents are settling into their new vertical neighborhood.

The architectural company Costas Kondylis designed the 53-story, 338-unit luxury rental tower. The Plaza Hotel & Residences, the Trump World Tower and the massive Lusail Waterfront development in Qatar are other notable projects by the firm. Tower 111, LLC developed the luxury-rental property.
