Bentley Motors has completed the creation of a remarkable bespoke Bentley Continental GTC designed in collaboration with three influential women from the global music world. The unique car brings together the artistic perspectives of celebrated organist and conductor Anna Lapwood, virtuoso cellist and composer Tina Guo, and pioneering DJ and producer Sister Bliss.
The project began after the trio visited Bentley’s headquarters in Crewe, England, where they worked closely with designers from Mulliner, the marque’s prestigious customization division. Together they developed a vision for a one-of-a-kind Continental GTC that blends their personal inspirations, musical backgrounds, and creative ideas into a single harmonious design. The finished car has now been completed by Bentley’s skilled artisans and will soon join the company’s press fleet after making its public debut at a special female-focused Cars and Coffee event at Bicester Motion, held in partnership with the automotive community platform What She Drives.
The Extraordinary Women Behind the Design
Each of the three musicians involved in the collaboration has built an impressive career in their respective fields, and their individual journeys played a key role in shaping the character of the bespoke Bentley.

Anna Lapwood has become one of the most recognizable figures in modern classical music. Awarded an MBE at just 28 years old, she has gained global recognition for redefining the traditional role of the organ by blending classical repertoire with contemporary genres. Lapwood has captivated millions through live performances and a social media following that now exceeds four million. She frequently performs with leading orchestras and has collaborated with artists including Raye, Bonobo, and actor Benedict Cumberbatch. Beyond her musical achievements, Lapwood is a passionate advocate for women in music. She made history as the first female Organ Scholar in the 560-year history of Magdalen College, Oxford, and regularly hosts workshops encouraging young girls to pursue organ performance. Her influence has inspired the viral hashtag #playlikeagirl, celebrating female musicianship. In 2025, she released the album Firedove with the Chapel Choir of Pembroke College, Cambridge, recorded on the organ of Nidaros Cathedral, and later became the inaugural official organist of Royal Albert Hall.
Tina Guo is widely regarded as one of the most versatile cellists of her generation. Born in China and raised in the United States, the Grammy-nominated artist has built a career that effortlessly crosses genres, from classical concert stages to blockbuster film scores. Guo has performed on soundtracks for major productions including Inception, Dunkirk, and Sherlock Holmes, while her recent work includes music for films such as Dune and Top Gun: Maverick. She also co-composed the powerful main theme for Wonder Woman alongside composer Hans Zimmer, creating what has become an anthem of female empowerment. In addition to her cinematic work, Guo continues to perform as a classical soloist worldwide. Her latest creative venture, The Water Phoenix, merges Nordic tribal influences with Chinese poetic traditions, reflecting her multicultural heritage.
Completing the trio is Sister Bliss, one of the founding members of the iconic British electronic group Faithless. Over a career spanning three decades, she has helped produce eight studio albums and multiple chart-topping singles while selling more than 20 million records globally. Sister Bliss was instrumental in creating some of the most influential dance tracks of the modern era, including Insomnia, often ranked among the greatest electronic songs of all time. As one of the first female DJs to achieve mainstream global success, she helped pave the way for a new generation of women in electronic music. Following the passing of bandmate Maxi Jazz in 2022, Faithless returned to touring in 2024 and released the new album Champion Sound while continuing to headline major festivals across Europe.

The Extraordinary Women Continental GTC
The bespoke Continental GTC created through this collaboration reflects the personal artistry of each musician. The design process began with the exterior, where the trio selected a satin finish in Peacock Satin, complemented by bold Tornado Red accent lines along the lower front bumper, rear diffuser, and wing mirrors. The red theme continues with matching brake calipers, while the ten-spoke 22-inch wheels feature Peacock Satin detailing within the spokes. A Dark Grey Metallic roof completes the exterior palette.
Inside the cabin, the musicians worked together to create a distinctive color scheme beginning with Imperial Blue, chosen to complement the exterior paint. This deep tone contrasts dramatically with Pillar Box Red accents and a luxurious Gold highlight hide. Intricate contrast stitching in blue, red, and gold threads appears throughout the interior, while headrest bezels are painted in Imperial Blue Satin rather than the traditional chrome finish.

Each artist then added a unique personal touch. Tina Guo selected a striking Copper Stone veneer for the dashboard fascia. The ultra-thin stone surface, only 0.6 millimeters thick, reflects ancient geological textures that resonated with Guo’s fascination with tribal music traditions.
Sister Bliss contributed a distinctive soundwave embroidery pattern, a first for Bentley. Inspired by the audio waveforms used in music production, the design appears on the seats and doors in subtle Imperial Blue stitching, while a contrasting red version adorns the convertible roof cover. The motif is also etched into the treadplates and projected onto the ground when the doors open.
Anna Lapwood’s contribution references a detail that immediately resonated with her musical background. Bentley refers to its air-vent controls as “Organ Stops,” because their motion mirrors the stops used on traditional pipe organs. For this car, Lapwood specified that the controls be finished in 24-karat gold, creating a striking visual highlight within the cabin.

The final flourish is a polished stainless-steel plaque mounted on the center console. Engraved with the signatures of all three musicians, it also features a unique Spotify code that links to a curated playlist created by Lapwood, Guo, and Sister Bliss. When scanned, the playlist can be played instantly through the car’s premium Bang & Olufsen sound system.
Following its debut, the extraordinary Continental GTC will join Bentley’s UK press fleet for several months before eventually being offered for sale, ensuring that this remarkable collaboration between music, design, and automotive craftsmanship continues its journey beyond the stage.
