John Philip Jacob Elkann (born April 1, 1976) is an Italian industrialist and heir to the Agnelli dynasty. He is Chairman and CEO of Exor, the Agnelli family holding company, and chairs both Stellantis, the global automotive group, and Ferrari. Born in New York, he studied engineering at the Politecnico di Torino after earning a scientific baccalaureate in Paris. His career began at GE in 2001, with roles across Asia, the U.S., and Europe. Known for his long-term vision, Elkann has overseen the Agnelli family’s diversification into mobility, media, and finance, while also supporting philanthropy through the Giovanni Agnelli Foundation and serving on the board of MoMA.
