If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to cook like a professional chef, Aubergine restaurant at L’Auberge Carmel in Carmel, California is giving foodies and amateurs a glimpse into the kitchen with their new “In the Aubergine Kitchen” hands-on classes taught by Chef de Cuisine Justin Cogley and Executive Pastry Chef Ron Mendoza.
Limited to 10 people, participants will work in the kitchen of Aubergine directly with the chef as he walks the class through professional culinary techniques, classic recipes and new twists as well as new flavors to take home with you. Plus, you get to make new friends and learn more about food.
