Hotel Greystone opened in September 2021 presenting a 91 room hotel designed with effortless luxury and beachy sophistication. Two short blocks from the beach and just down the road from famed Lincoln Road, the hotel melds art and design with exceptional personalized service. Located in the historic Collins Park neighborhood, Hotel Greystone features 91 rooms and suites presenting a curated atmosphere focusing on wood elements and light colors.

Leading the interior design, Bowenholly created an expression of Miami Beach’s past, present, and future to “create something stylish and comfortable that evokes the dynamic layers of Miami Beach,” noted Holly Muhl Founder and CEO of Bowenholly. With a mix of white and brown it mixes a stylish collection of elements that, together, capture the essence of a chic Miami lifestyle, with its interior design echoing the iconic Art Deco facade of the facade with a sense of sophistication.

Among its rooms and suites, their most opulent option is their Roof Terrace Suite which presents a 425 sf foot indoor and outdoor accommodation. Inside the plush pillow top mattress with summer featherweight duvet melts guests’ worries away with bath amenities by Malin + Goetz Botanicals and a cozy reading nook. Its most unique feature is its spiral staircase which leads to a private fifth-floor roof terrace with jacuzzi and outdoor shower. Guests can also sit back on the lounge chairs and sofas for true outdoor relaxation.

The boutique hotel, originally built-in 1939, is one of architect Henry Hohauser's iconic contributions to the area and welcomes guests to its bright corner lobby which is tucked away from the street scene by day and transforms into a lively scene at night. Just beyond the lobby, the property's colorful and shady courtyard is home to the hotel’s café, Kobo, with sando-style sandwiches driven by flavors that evoke Miami’s bright, health-oriented fare.

Sérêvène, the property's signature restaurant, presents a menu that marries Japanese ingredients and French techniques like the Poularde Teriyaki and Bison and Black Truffle. The concept celebrates fresh, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible along with inventive mixology and a top-flight wine program to complement award-winning Executive Chef Pawan Pinisetti’s menu. Adjacent to Sérêvène, The Greystone Bar, the clink of crystal with warm piano tones beckons in the afternoon and evening or later in the night, DJ’s spinning lounge beats.

Guests who stay at the hotel will have access to a vibrant pool rooftop pool area, a haven of entertainment, refreshment and relaxation, beach access, day passes to a local off-site gym and more
