Opening in February 2025, the resort will boast 100 guestrooms and suites, a kids club, and unique amenities. Waldorf Astoria will debut in Costa Rica in Q1 2025 with Waldorf Astoria Costa Rica Punta Cacique. Situated on the dramatic cliffside peninsula of Cacique, overlooking the secluded Playa Penca, the resort will blend Costa Rica’s “Pura Vida” lifestyle with Waldorf Astoria’s sophistication and personalized service. Opening Q1 2025, Treehouse Sunnyvale is the brand’s first US property and will offer 254 rooms, including 21 suites. In the charming town of Fredericksburg, Albert Hotel will open its doors in January 2025, bringing an elevated offering to the Texas Hill Country. Opening Q1 2025 on Aruba’s renowned Palm Beach, The St. Regis Aruba is a beachfront resort featuring 251 rooms, including 52 suites. Offering spectacular views and infinite sunsets in the Caribbean Sea, guests can pamper themselves at Iridium Spa and be lulled in one of their private cabanas at their infinity pool. The St. Regis Cap Cana will soon unveil a mystical paradise honoring the rich diversity of the land and its people. Opening Q1 2025, the resort is set on the shores of a secluded 16-acre sanctuary in the exclusive beachfront community of Cap Cana at the eastern tip of the Dominican Republic. The property will be filled with a fusion of unique colors and flavors true to the cultural tapestry of this diverse land, translating into a truly authentic atmosphere.
Opening in early 2025, Rosewood Mandarina will be Rosewood’s fourth property in Mexico. Located on Mexico’s Pacific Coast, approximately 90 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport, the resort will be home to 134 suites, each fully equipped with private terraces, plunge pools, stunning vistas, and a collection of private residences. With five bars and restaurants ranging from a specialty restaurant at the top of a mountain to a beach shack on the cliff’s edge, guests will offer four pools, an Asaya spa, and expansive fitness facilities. Slated to debut in early 2025, Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo Del Sol will be Mexico's first Park Hyatt hotel. The luxurious beachfront retreat will feature 163 guestrooms and suites along with 19 villas and residences set in the exclusive Cabos del Sol community on the Baja California Sur coast. In March 2025, The Sunny will welcome guests to Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, after a historic transformation by HB Capital Group. Formerly Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort, The Sunny is being transformed into a robust resort-style property and will offer 339 spacious guest rooms, an eclectic private art collection, six food and beverage outlets, a fitness center, spa & salon, ocean-front pool with tiki bar and fire pits, beach club and over 22,000 square feet of event space, including an outdoor terrace that offers one of the few oceanfront event spaces in Miami Beach and the only pier restaurant in Miami on the ocean.

Opening Spring 2025 in Bardstown, KY, the start of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail, The Trail Hotel will be the world’s first bourbon-infused luxury hotel. The restored, historic property boasts 95 rooms, eight suites, a 4-star restaurant, three bars (including a speakeasy) and a water swim club. In the heart of New Hampshire’s beautiful Lakes Region in Tilton, NH, The Lake Estate on Winnisquam will open in Late Spring 2025. HQ Detroit will redefine lifestyle hotels in Detroit. Led by global hotelier Sam Nazarian and in partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the hotel will open in 2025. It will be the first U.S.-based property for HQ, combining exceptional dining, innovative design, and personalized services. Forthcoming hotel from Silversea
Silversea, the leader of luxury expedition travel experiences, announced it is developing the southernmost hotel in Puerto Williams, Chile. Scheduled for completion at the end of 2025, the new 150-room hotel will facilitate a uniquely frictionless journey to Antarctica, allowing guests to enjoy Silversea’s personalized service on the White Continent. Overlooking the Beagle Channel and surrounded by pristine forests, the hotel will offer an expansive restaurant ideal for group gatherings, a bar and lounge, and a fitness center.
