On the 71st floor of Swissôtel The Stamford, surrounded by the twinkling city skyline is New Asia, named one of the 50 best bars in the world. This swanky spot lets guests dance the night away to pulsating music from international DJs, whether during the week or at the monthly "High Life" or "House Obsession" themed parties. The menu is full of classic cocktails like Caipirinhas and Mojitos as well as New Asia creations including the Unusual Ume with Tanqueray, umeshu dento sour plum, cucumber, and lemon; and the China Mule, a mixture of Johnnie Walker Black Label, ginger beer, lychee, lime, and vanilla. Happy hour is served Monday through Sunday from 5 to 9 p.m.
