Novel at best, anti-social at worst, Eenmaal in Amsterdam is living up to the city's reputation for cultural oddities and strange sights to see. Offering up only tables for one, many of which face directly at a wall or away from the center of the room in general, the curious restaurant is just one more thing to check out in Amsterdam.

Most people are uncomfortable with the idea of eating alone at a restaurant. I know I am, sometimes. There’s just something unsettling about sitting at a table with one or two empty seats staring back at you the entire time.
