$500,000 worth of Rita Crundwell's jewelry has been added to the lots up for auction, which is being done to recoup as much of the $53 million she says she stole. This could be a good chance for investors to get their hands on luxury jewelry at cost or lower.
Her homes, horses, vehicles and now her jewelry have all been seized. Dozens of items will be sold on the auction block Saturday. It's one of the last chances to recover some of the millions taken from the city of Dixon.
