Although Tigertree was voted as Columbus Underground reader's best fashion store of 2012, the fact that Target is on the list kind of removes their credibility. While I'm not trying to say that I have a problem with Target or the clothes they sell, I wouldn't go anywhere near saying it's one of the top 10 fashion stores of 2012 - or ever.
