Private Plane Manufacturer Cirrus Aircraft Offers Vision Jet

Luxury Private Aircraft: Cirrus Aircraft has long been in a leader in the personal aircraft arena. Now the luxury aircraft company has announced pricing on the newest addition to it's fleet, the Cirrus Aircraft Vision Jet.

The Cirrus family of aircraft includes the advanced performance and safety technologies, including the unique Cirrus Airframe Parachute System (CAPS™) found in its popular SR20, SR22 and TURBO composite airplanes. The new Vision Jet is set to be the ultimate "personal jet" with almost 500 positions already reserved.

As part of their dedication to manufacturing safe and affordable personal aircraft, the new Vision Jet is being offered at a maximum initial price of $1.39 million USD.



Cirrus Aircraft President and CEO Brent Wouters explains, "Cirrus is uniquely positioned to understand materials costs and the costs of manufacturing of the Vision Jet by way of our experience in building and delivering nearly 5,000 SR20 and SR22 aircraft. With our pricing announcement today, we have rewarded those who partnered with us since the beginning of the Vision Jet development program by creating substantial and immediate value in their production position reservations. At the same time, Vision Jet pricing for new reservations is equally compelling given the revolutionary performance and capability demonstrated by the V1 flight test aircraft to date."

Customers who reserve their aircraft between now and December 31, 2009, with a non-refundable $100,000 deposit, the maximum purchase price for a Vision Jet will be $1.55 million. The price will then increase beginning in January 2010.

Cirrus Aircraft has been developing technologically advanced aircraft since it began in 1984 and has been consistently improving and expanding its luxury personal jets ever since.
