The 7,381-square-foot penthouse was decorated by interior designer Tony Ingrao, who wanted to create an ambience that is not only sophisticated, but also incredibly inviting and livable. The room features a floating gas fireplace and a wet bar, as well as solid white oak wood flooring that has been treated with an ebony mahogany stain and semi-gloss finish.
The kitchen has white Iceberg granite counters and "boasts state-of-the-art Miele, Sub-Zero and LG appliances, including a 36-inch gas cooktop with vented hood, 30-inch double wall oven, wine refrigerator, 36-inch refrigerator, 30-inch freezer and three dishwashers."
The 1,150-square-foot master suite is found on the upper floor, situated in a private wing with its own sitting room and dual dressing rooms. The bathroom has a Victoria & Albert floating bathtub, which takes advantage of the city views. The four additional bedrooms are also on the upper floor, each with its own bathroom.
