A $50 million penthouse called the Palazzo di Ricchezze will soon be up for grabs in The Mansions at Acqualina in Miami. Found in the Isles Beach neighborhood, the oceanfront residence takes over the building's 45th and 46th floors, and offers almost 18,000 square feet of living space. Plus, the penthouse will be completely customizable — meaning that you will have tons of options, from two indoor swimming pools to the number of bedrooms.
Calling itself "The World's Finest Residence," The Mansions at Acqualina (of Acqualina Resort & Spa, its sister development) promise to raise the bar of luxury higher than ever before. Apparently that means offering each residence furniture-ready so future owners don't have to worry about decorating, which can typically take up to a year.
The 17,480-square-foot Palazzo di Ricchezze penthouse offers 360-degree views of the ocean and city skyline on both floors. The Grand Entertaining Space looks out over the ocean and features stone-slab walls, bronze-inlayed millwork, a billiard room, and a pivoting entry wall. The Master Suite has custom hardwood herringbone flooring and separate his and hers spa-style bathrooms. The penthouse can also have up to six bedrooms and eight and a half baths, a glass "Wine Gallery," fitness room, indoor/outdoor screening room, grand salon, and a summer kitchen.
Residents of The Mansions will have also access to a Phantom Rolls Royce house car, a cigar lounge, dog park, children's room, a multi-purpose room with a Fendi billiard table and piano, a Hammam spa, and the Acqualina Spa by ESPA next door.
Scheduled to be finished in early 2015, the building will feature 79 units starting at $8.8 million.
