NYC's Luxury Apartment Building The Continental Puts the Finest at Your Door

The Continental is New York City's newest high-rise community in the Manhattan district. Located at Sixth Avenue and 32nd Street, this 53-story luxury-rental tower is the address that puts you within walking distance of the city's finest attractions.

The mixed-use structure, which features deluxe apartments from the ninth floor to the top, is taking shape nicely as the first wave of residents are settling into their new vertical neighborhood.

"The Continental's location, views, floor plans and unique amenities all have contributed to the buzz and interest from renters we are already seeing in this tower," said Mr. Cliff Finn, managing director Citi Habitats Marketing Group; which is the exclusive marketing and leasing agent of the property.

Mr. Finn also stated that the building enriches the surrounding neighborhood, which is growing richly. It fits well with the addition of new dining and lounging destinations, such as Eataly, Bar Basque and Food Parc and hotels like the Eventi and the Gansevoort.

While the surrounding area is a luxury-lifestyle playground dotted with art, culture, fine dining and extravagant shopping venues, the views of the skyline and cityscape as seen from above are mesmerizing. Staring out from those floor-to-ceiling tinted windows could become addictive. It might even keep some residents from enjoying the other extra special common amenities such as The Continental Club & Spa.

This residents-only club features a 50-foot infinity pool with a heated hydrotherapy spa that is set within a glass-enclosed atrium. Additionally, the private health club includes spa-treatment rooms, a yoga studio and a gym with both strength training and cardio centers.

The club's lounging area is enclosed by a double-height glass which leads out onto a lounge with a landscaped sun terrace with lounge furniture. The lounge also has billiards, LCD screens, a dining area and a catering kitchen for special events. There is a second outdoor sun terrace with a deck on the 48th floor as well.

Four floor plans are available at The Continental and include studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom with an office, and two-bedroom layouts in the 338-unit luxury rental tower. Rentals range from around $2,550 to more than $6,100 monthly.

The architectural company Costas Kondylis designed the 53-story, 338-unit luxury rental tower. The Plaza Hotel & Residences, the Trump World Tower and the massive Lusail Waterfront development in Qatar are other notable projects by the firm. Tower 111, LLC developed the luxury-rental property.

The Continental truly is in the center of New York City's finest offerings.
