Chef Charlie Palmer's vision for Aureole began in New York, and was so well-received that he chose Vegas for the second version in 2009. Since then, Aureole has been bestowed with all the top awards from Four Diamonds to Michelin Stars.

The restaurant features a seasonal menu which reflects Chef Palmer's innovative stamp on American cuisine. You'll also find rare French and American wines that live in a four-story cellar.
