Celebrity athlete Shaun White's case for vandalism and public intoxication has been pushed back to November 20 by a judge in Nashville. It will be interesting to see if there is any kind of impact on the sales of his line of clothes considering the clothing is primarily marketed towards children.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — A Nashville judge has continued public intoxication and vandalism charges against two-time Olympic gold medalist snowboarder Shaun White.

White is accused of drunkenly destroying a phone at a Nashville hotel and ending up at a hospital after he hit his head.

Officers responded to the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel at 2 a.m. on Sept. 16 after a drunken man identified as the 26-year-old White pulled a fire alarm, forcing the hotel to evacuate all guests.
