Beginning in Montreal's Rialto Theatre on October 25th and running until November 3rd, the 4th Greek Film Festival is set to bring to Canada an exciting mix of Greek culture and cinematography. With works set to run the gambit of style and emotional response, the event promises to be a fascinating look into the world of Greek film.

This year’s MGFF will embrace the Italian Community proposing a program that explores and discovers the cultural affinities and social similarities between Greece and Italy.

Opening Night, taking place at Rialto Theatre tonight, brings us the musical documentary Encardia the Dancing Stone introducing us to the warmth of the sounds from South Italy.
