Almost everyone missed the mark on Sylvester Stallone’s son Sage Stallone’s death. His toxicology test came back negative and it is being reported that he actually died of a heart attack. Whatever the case, Sly Stallone is having a rough month as his half-sister also passed away a few days ago.

Sage Stallone, the eldest son of Sylvester Stallone, died of a heart attack, the L.A. County coroner's office has concluded Thursday.

The conclusion came two months after Sage's death, clarifying that the drug played no role in his sudden passing.
