Head to Bouchon for the perfect Vegas breakfast. Chef Thomas Keller’s Parisian bistro in the Venezia Tower at the Venetian is airy, big and beautiful with tall mahogany columns, murals and huge windows overlooking the pretty garden and pool. Diners can choose from the warm inside dining room or eat al fresco on the patio. Any dish is divine but we love their Croque Madame, Oeuf and Bourdin Blanc and their extensive bakery items and perfect croissants.

The famous Hong Kong restaurant’s first U.S. restaurant is this 11,715 square foot glamorous space with wooden floors, comfy booths and elegant tables with beige and yellow accents. Menu highlights include apple wood roasted 42 days Peking Duck, barbeque Iberico pork; stir fried Wagyu beef lettuce cups; whole and steamed Coral Garoupa, wok fried lobster, clay pot king prown and several unique bird’s nest dishes.

Wynn

Both the interior and outside are beautiful, with an entrance leading to an embroidered velvet rotunda transitioning to a bi-level dining room with an expansive seafood display and Murano glass chandelier and Carrara marble. Outside diners can view the pretty Wynn lake of Dreams and sporadic water and light show. Peter Lugar Steak House

Ceasar’s Palace
