Renault is a French auto maker established in 1899 by Louis Renault and his two brothers Marcel and Fernand Renault. With the basic principle of delivering user demand vehicles with all the latest available technologies, Renault has unveiled their new SUV Renault Duster also known as Dacia Duster is posing serious threats to its competitors.
ENGINE
Duster is equipped with two engine options. It has a 1.6 liter petrol engine with 4 inline cylinders that produces 104 PS @ 5850 rpm with torque power of 145 NM @ 3750 rpm and comes with a five speed manual transmission. While the diesel engine offers two tunes, the first has got 1.5 liter DCi engine that produces 10PS with variable geometry turbocharger and intercooler and comes with a six speed manual transmission. The other is also a 1.5 liter DCi engine and produces 25.3 NM of torque at 2250rpm but has five speed manual transmission. The fuel systems for petrol engine are multi point fuel injection and common rail direct injection for its diesel engines. It has hydraulically operated diagonal split dual circuit braking with ventilated disc at front and drums at its rear and has tubeless tires to along with it. Duster is built on Logan platform and its dimensions are:

INTERIORS
Duster has got classic seat fabric upholstery with leather wrapped steering wheel and a great gear knob finish (leather + chrome). It also has door trim decorative strip, keyless entry and power windows with illuminated switches. It has air condition with heater and pollen filter. It has a rear ac with independent blower control, rear seat centre armrest with a cup holder, adjustable rear seat head rest, integrated 2 DIN audio (C.D/MP3/AM/FM)with USB, Aux – in with Bluetooth + four speakers. Other features added are MediaNav system, steering mounted audio and phone control, 12 V accessory socket, glove box lamp, trunk room lamp, front and rear reading lamps, theatre dimming interior lamps with key answer back system, on board trip computer. Duster has not neglected its safety measures too, it is equipped with engine immobilizer, dual front air bags, engine protective under guard, rear defogger, reverse parking sensor, central locking with anti-lock brake system and emergency brake assist besides stability control module and electronic brake-force distribution features incorporated according to their variants.
EXTERIOR
Duster created an uproar because of its looks to kill it has a well placed double barrel headlights, two tone coloured bumpers, front grille surround (chrome), back door embellisher which is also in chrome, sporty aluminium alloy wheels, chrome finished exhaust pipe, stylish steel wheel, stylish roof rails, chrome satin finish door handles, body coloured outside door mirrors and has door side sills.
