Emilia Clarke has just been named the first face of Dior’s new Rose des Vents fine jewelry collection. This is the first Dior campaign for the Game of Thrones star, but she’s in good company, the brand’s ambassadors include women like Rihanna, Natalie Portman, Jennifer Lawrence and Marion Cotillard. And if it feels like this campaign has been a long time coming you’re not alone. The actress has not only been spotted sitting front row at the brand’s runway shows but also has worn several Dior dresses during her recent Terminator Genisys press tour.
Shot by Patrick Demarchelier, the new campaign images were simple and sleek showing Clarke wearing a white button down with a yellow and rose gold Rose des Vents chain dotted in diamonds, mother-of-pearl and opal. Another shows her in a dark turtleneck in a contrasting turquoise and lapis piece. The full campaign is slated to be released this Friday in the French magazine Madame Figaro.
