Elisabetta’s Ristorante, Bar and Pizzeria first made a name for itself on the dining scene when Big Time Restaurant Group debuted their first location in Delray Beach back in 2019.

Two years later, a more sophisticated, waterfront West Palm Beach sibling appeared offering spectacular views overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.

Just off the enormous dining room is a multi-tiered patio ideal for alfresco dining or an after-work cocktail to sip while soaking in the oceanfront scene. There is also a small bar with Italian marble top where you can grab a seat and watch the experienced chefs perfecting their pizza-making skills in the Neapolitan ovens.

Offering the familiar Italian favorites from Chef Lisabet Summa that diners have come to love, the scratch kitchen at the West Palm Beach location offers an array of house made pasta classics along with seafood and meat dishes from the wood-burning grill.

Get started with an Italian cocktail like an Aperol Spritz, a classic gin Martini or a creative cocktail like the Hibiscus Spiced Margarita.

Our server told us the day’s specials featured smoked prosciutto with fig and burrata for a starter and veal chop parmesan as the specialty main event.

We started off with a sampling of their savory meatballs – three enormous meatballs topped with fresh parmesan cheese were swimming in a tangy San Marzano tomato sauce.

Calamari Fritti was lightly fried and accompanied by fresh slices of lemon, and a side of marinara sauce along with a delicious aioli.

Aperitivi included Marcona almonds, arancini, and Sicilian olives and provolone. Designed for sharing, a prosciutto tasting offers a sampling of each of their three offerings (smoked speck, dry-aged di parma, and cooked and brined Italian ham).

Elisabetta’s is well known for their pizza selections that include everything from Margherita, Funghi Misti, and Piccante to Salsicce, Quattro Carni, and Giardino.

Our server suggested we try their signature Chicken Alla Parmigiana, a delicious helping of crispy chicken cutlet arrived topped with a delicious San Marzano sauce and melted mozzarella cheese accompanied by a generous portion of fresh spaghetti.

The Linguine Con Vongole was just as good – a large sampling of clams arrived swimming in a tasty white wine sauce.

Keep an eye out for Elisabetta’s specialty Martini Mondays where you can enjoy 50% off all martinis all day long. Wine lovers should also note if you arrive on Wednesday, bottles of wine under $99 are available for half off.

Elisabetta’s Ristorante, Bar & Pizzeria is located at 185 Banyan Boulevard in West Palm Beach.
